Information security
We are focused on ensuring the security of your data:

Data security. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Encrypted database backups are retained for 30 days.

Infrastructure security. The service operates from dual data centers, housed in distinct subnets for limited web exposure. All actions by the support staff are under surveillance and recorded.

Vulnerability management. Open-source dependencies are scanned using Mend.io. We are automatically notified of critical vulnerabilities.

Penetration testing. We conduct regular application and network penetration tests using independent third-party organisations. Results of these tests are available on request.

Is my data secure?
Yes - your data is very secure and is encrypted in flight and when at rest. ipushpull use encryption in transit between your applications or service and your ipushpull service, and between your ipushpull service and any end user client application. Any data stored in your ipushpull database is also encrypted. It is used by global large financial institutions and conforms to the strictest of InfoSec requirements.
How is ipushpull hosted?
ipushpull is delivered as SaaS. It can be dedicated to you and include your own white-labelling URLs and customisation, or it can be delivered over a shared multi-tenant service. Our primary hosting service is AWS with flexibility to host on a service geographically close to your business as required. We can also deliver on other hosting services if required.
How do I connect my data?
If your data is already available in standard format (e.g. SQL database, CSV files, Excel) then you can use one of our suites of configurable connectors or add ins - no development required. For live data you may decide you prefer the flexibility of one of our service side APIs which we will help you to connect to. Once your data is connected then ipushpull gives you all the tools to arrange your data in the best structure and form to be accessed by your clients.
Is it easy to connect my clients to the platform?
Very easy. We put a high emphasis on making sure there are minimum barriers for clients to ask your data and service over ipushpull, aiming for zero client instal where possible. That usually means they can be up and running fast.
