The ideal candidate will be responsible for evolving the company’s products to align with company business strategy, including ensuring optimum market fit and developing and supporting to-market strategies. You will report to the Executive Team.

Key Responsibilities

Product strategy: 

  • Own and manage the strategic roadmap for the company’s products liaising with all internal stakeholders and technology teams.
  • Provide an efficient and effective means for regular review and prioritisation by the executive team.
  • Organise the product into highly focused vertical (and horizontal) offerings with clear to-market strategies.
  • Devise and manage to-market plans for products lines.
  • Create/manage all product content for marketing, sales and support including responsibility for all product-focused website content.
  • Implement process and metrics for tracking success of product lines with regular review processes.

Developing the product function:

  • Manage and build the product function in the company combining dedicated product managers and specialists with resources from other functions in the business and external resources where required.

Pre-sales / sales engagement:  

  • Engage directly with prospects and existing customers to understand their workflows and requirements.
  • Attend sales/customer meetings, conferences and expos to showcase the capabilities of ipushpull's platform in addressing specific customer use cases.
  • Present product demonstrations effectively, highlighting the value and efficiency that ipushpull offers within the customer's existing technology ecosystem.
  • Capture and document customer requirements and feedback, ensuring that they feed into the product development lifecycle.

Requirements analysis and development support:

  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to review new features, integrating their feedback into the product development roadmap.
  • Creating solutions requirements documents aligning packaged solutions with details of features, workflows and future-phased deliverables.
  • Align packaged solutions phased deliveries with core platform modules.
  • Work with UX designers to integrate user-centric design principles into product features.
  • Conduct agile estimations to assess the complexity and effort required for each product requirement.
  • Collaborate with the development team to define technical tasks and ensure efficient implementation of product features.

Desired Traits and Skills 

  • Team player, with excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager or Head of Product, preferably in a tech or SaaS company.
  • Strong knowledge of financial markets and tech ecosystem including full trade lifecycle workflows.
  • Strong understanding of no-code platforms and data automation processes.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and UX design principles.
  • Ability to translate complex data and customer needs into clear product features.
  • Innovative problem solver, open to challenges and continually seeking improvement.

Location and Travel 

This is a full-time position for candidates within commuting distance of Central London.  We have a hybrid working policy however the nature of sales means you will be required to meet customers on a regular basis in Central London. There may be occasional travel to Europe or the US on an ad hoc basis.
